General Terms and Conditions

  • The prices are valid for the specified period. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people.
  • As required by Italian law, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house.
  • To confirm the reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. This guarantees the rental contract, accepts the terms and conditions, and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
  • In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the entire reserved period will be charged.
  • The balance is invoiced 30 days before arrival.
  • Your accommodation will be available from 4:00 PM. Please inform us if you will be arriving after 5:00 PM, by phone or email.
  • On departure, your unit is available until 10:00 AM.
  • Prices are subject to change (e.g., in the case of unforeseeable, excessive price increases in electricity and gas costs).
  • Garage parking space in the chalet is included (3 cars).
  • An electric charging station is available; please mention when booking.
  • We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.

Cancellation & Payment

Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained (50% of the total price).
  • Cancellation between 29 days and the day of arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • In the case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed package price will be charged.
  • In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the agreed total price
  • We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance when booking their stay.

Payment:

  • A deposit of 50% to confirm at the time of booking
  • The remaining payment 30 days before arrival
  • Extras and additional services will be billed the day before departure by 6:00 PM
  • A deposit of 1.000,- €  will be required upon arrival.
